Merchandise return policy

Merchandise published and distributed by GoodPoint Publishing that is purchased from any seller other then designated wholesale suppliers is subject to the return policies and procedures of that seller. In such instances, GoodPoint Publishing has no further obligation to the purchaser. Please refer to the relevant information at the seller's website, or to other information furtnished by them, to determine the appropriate options available in the case of dissatisfaction with the product or process provided by the seller.)
Our materials are packaged carefully to prevent damage during shipping. If you receive damaged items, please call 715-295-9606 within 15 days of receiving your order to replace them.
Due to the time-sensitive nature of some of our products, returns may not be accepted. For acceptable product returns, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns for reasons other than damage.
Please call 715-254-9606 before returning items. Your account will be credited for the purchase price of the materials you return that are in resalable condition, less the 25% restocking fee. All materials must be returned with the original packaging intact. No credit will be given for materials returned after 90 days of purchase date. You are responsible for return shipment costs.
When returning your materials, be sure to:
1. Pack items carefully to prevent damage
2. Include a copy of our packing slip with the materials you are returning
